A lovely antique pine Victorian washstand painted and featuring a gorgeous intricate decorative pattern. The piece was bought at auction, like most of my pieces and lovinly brought back to life. It has pretty design features that have been enhanced by a rich and colourful pattern. The painting is entirely done freehand to give an authentic popular arts, bohemian feel to it.
It been fully treated, sanded, primed, painted and finally varnished for protection. The base colour is "Off Black" by Farrow & Ball.
